Frequently
asked questions
|

Q - What is your turnaround time? A - Turnaround time is one day in-house. Film that arrives on a weekday ships the next weekday, sometimes same day - depends on delivery time. Film that arrives on Saturday ships Monday or Tuesday. Q - Are you new at this? A - We've operated this lab for fifteen years, all with the same lab manager. Q - Why should I use your lab? A - Two main reasons: We are a Kodak Q-Lab which assures the most stringent quality control, and we use a high-quality dip-and-dunk machine which is the best available method for transparency film processing. Q - What type of customers do you serve? A - Our customers include amateurs, professionals, and large corporate and institutional accounts. Q - What if my film is lost or damaged? A - This is unlikely, but see the LIMIT OF LIABILTY link at the bottom of this page. This policy is the industry standard. Q - How do I rate my film for push processing. A - Call or e-mail our lab manager Tom Boynton. He has a great deal of experience with a wide array of films and will be glad to advise you. |
